ABOUT

APOSTLE PAUL PORTERFIELD, SR.

Born, Paul Jonathan Porterfield on June 1st, 1957 to Elder Gertrude Smith, Pastor and Founder of three churches, under the auspices of Bishop H. Carmichael; and to Eugene Malone Porterfield of Philadelphia PA. While residing in Philadelphia, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior and attended the Highway Christian Church of Christ, under the Pastoral care of the late Bishop Andrew James Ford Sr.

Being warned of the enemies plan for her son's life his mother relocated to New Haven, CT where Dr. Porterfield received and accepted the call to ministry. He began his education and subsequently graduated with a Baccalaureate in Pastoral Science from the Faith Bible Institute. While in school and serving at the Faith Tabernacle Church, he worked as the church musician. Since this time    Dr. Porterfield received his doctrines in the year of 2016.

During his tenure with the Faith Tabernacle Churches, he assisted in establishing and building many churches. While receiving the many prophecies regarding the call of God upon his life, the mantle of the prophet fell upon him, and he began to do the work of an Evangelist with the spiritual gift of the prophet.

Some years later as a result of fasting and prayer, Apostle Curtis Page of New York called a Presidium, and he, along with the other attending Apostles laid hands upon him and elevated the man of God to the ministry gift of Apostle.

Since that time he has birthed several churches, written two books (“Protocol to Prayer”, and “When a Black man cries”), established a Bible School through which he has trained and sent many young men and women of God into ministry.

Dr. Porterfield's current objective is to secure a platform that will enable                               him to teach and preach a dynamic message that displays the power of                               God, and to have an impact on the lives of the masses; To provide                                       leadership and nurturing for the parishioners placed in his care, as well as                           the many Pastors that are working under his covering; To establish                                       effective working relationships between he and other church organizations                         by assisting them with growth and developmental strategies, further                                     enabling those organizations to attain their desired levels of success.

Apostle Porterfield's personal motto; NO GAMES, NO GIMMICKS, JUST GOD!

A genuine loving leader
